Requirements
Answering phones and dispatch jobs to service techs
Managing work orders for each job and contracted visits
Pulling local permits
Registering equipment for warranty
Tracking warranty parts
Planning and scheduling – highly organized while showing the ability to be flexible and adaptable
Excellent communication skills in a high-pressure work environment while dealing with customers and employees
Qualifications
2+ years in Service Coordinator / Dispatcher roleÂ
Field / office experience in HVAC industry not required, but is a PLUS
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to self-start and take initiative A MUST
Ability to multi-task and willingness to further their industry knowledge
Ability to learn proprietary software A MUST
