Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in the Commercial or Industrial industry

• Experience installing and measuring ductwork for HVAC systems

• Must be willing to work hands-on & supervise crews up to 5 co-workers

• Proficient in the installation of roof top units, exhaust systems, and make-up air systems

• Must have organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget

• Solid communication skills to lead team members

• Basic computer skills - Bluebeam / document sharing experience a plus, but not required

• EPA / OSHA certifications a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Install various industrial HVAC systems while following blueprints or shop drawings, accurately and professionally

• Responsible for developing and training junior entry level co-workers

• Allocate general and daily responsibilities

• Ensure all safety policies and quality standards are followed

• Provide excellent customer relations and think outside of the box

• Assist with the coordination of materials, labor, and equipment

• Capable of looking ahead and creating a material and work force plan

• Communicate with other departments to perform tasks at hand
