Qualifications:
-
2+ years in Service Coordinator / Dispatcher role
-
Field / office experience in HVAC industry not required, but is a PLUS
-
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Ability to self-start and take initiative A MUST
-
Ability to multi-task and willingness to further their industry knowledge

Ability to learn proprietary software A MUST
Skills Required:
-
Answer phones and dispatch jobs to service techs
-
Manage work orders for each job and contracted visits
-
Pulling local permits
-
Registering equipment for warranty
-
Tracking warranty parts
-
Planning and scheduling – highly organized while showing the ability to be flexible and adaptable

Excellent communication skills in a high-pressure work environment while dealing with customers and employees
