Dual Temp is looking for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher with residential experience! 
This is a new exciting opportunity to help build our residential department. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in Service Coordinator / Dispatcher role 

  • Field / office experience in HVAC industry not required, but is a PLUS

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to self-start and take initiative A MUST

  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to further their industry knowledge

  • Ability to learn proprietary software A MUST

 
Skills Required:
  • Answer phones and dispatch jobs to service techs

  • Manage work orders for each job and contracted visits

  • Pulling local permits

  • Registering equipment for warranty

  • Tracking warranty parts

  • Planning and scheduling – highly organized while showing the ability to be flexible and adaptable

  • Excellent communication skills in a high-pressure work environment while dealing with customers and employees
