Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience in Residential HVAC field

• Great customer service

• Must care about customer property and cleanliness

• Strong work ethic

• Works well with a team or individually

 

Skills Required:

• Able to troubleshoot most systems without guidance or able to reach out to manufacturer's tech support to determine issues and / or replace parts

• Expertly versed in all listed residential equipment, including understanding most manufacturers:

  • Gas (Natural & LP)​

    • Furnaces (high efficiency and chimney vented)

    • Water Heaters (tankless, power vented, & chimney vented)

    • Boilers (high efficiency and chimney vented)

  • Oil (some understanding or interest to understand biofuels)

    • Furnaces​

    • Boilers

    • Water Heaters

  • Electric

    • Heat Pumps (single stage / multi-stage / variable stage)​

    • Mini-splits & conventional

    • Air Conditioning (single stage / multi-stage / variable stage)

    • Water Heaters (heat pump, tankless, normal tank style) 

• Must possess a strong desire to be part of a service team and company that cares about you
