warehouse, or commercial construction to coordinate and help administer efforts of project execution.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented

• Able to multi-task and shift focus to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Able to utilize multiple forms of communication daily (texting, email, landline, cellphone)

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently complete tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• HVAC knowledge a plus but not required

 

Responsibilities:

• Direct assistance for Service Inside Sales:

  • Process additional work requests daily

  • Procurement of materials / equipment / tools / subcontractors

  • Provide estimates to customers for repair and replacement work daily

  • Process receiving documents

  • Follow-up with vendors when necessary

• Will be a direct point-of-contact for technicians and/or Outside Sales representative with immediate needs:

  • Procure parts necessary for repairs in real time

  • Issuance of purchase orders for field purchases

  • Assist in issuance of purchase orders for Outside Sales representatives regarding material / equipment / subcontractors
