The Plumbing Service Manager acts as a client interface as well as in the field technical expert for our Service Technicians. As a manager, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations within the service department as well as guiding, instructing, and training new and existing personnel. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in the Plumbing trade
  • Hands-on experience as a fully qualified, competent Plumbing professional
  • Prior verifiable experience managing a large group of employees is required
  • Excellent computer skills needed including Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and compliance requirements
  • Success in driving revenue and quality quotas for the department
  • Outstanding leadership and technical skills are necessary
 
Skills Required:
  • Responsible for supervision of the Service Department's Quality goals
  • Oversee assignment of individuals' daily schedules
  • Ensure all Plumbing service work is performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the company
  • Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training
  • Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
  • Work with Sales team to gather on-site information, offer technical insights, and coordinate approaches on replacement projects, using data-driven strategies to drive revenue
  • Maintain consistent growth by selling new contracts and service accounts
  • Be readily available to visit job sites to ensure proper, timely, and quality work is completed daily
