Shift: Full-time

 

Job Description: Are you ready to join OUR TEAM!? Dual Temp is looking for a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Estimator  to join our team!

** $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS **

Qualifications:

• 2+ years field experience in sheet metal, or pipe installation in a commercial or industrial environment (non residential)

• Or 2+ years of estimating experience in sheet metal, pipe, or HVAC systems. Commercial or Industrial environment

• Ability to us Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel

 

Job Functions Include:

• This position will work alongside a team of Senior Estimators to prepare HVAC cost estimates. This will include HVAC sheet metal duct, and piping takeoffs

• Performing material takeoffs of quantity and length

• Reviewing project specifications and drawings

• Attending pre bid meetings to determine scope specifics and project needs

• Attend de-scope meetings along with Senior Estimators

• Soliciting equipment vendors and subcontractors for pricing

• Produce Request for Information (RFI's) as needed to clarify any unclear items

• Prepare proposals with detailed exclusions
