I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dual Temp. After several issues with our AC over the last several months it was determined that it was time to start looking for a new system. I called on a Friday morning to request a quote. They were able to have someone come out the same day. Joe was great. He was very nice and answered my husband’s questions as well as address a concern we had with air flow to our bedroom due to a smashed piece of ductwork that’s been that way apparently since the house was built. I had an estimate in my email around 5 PM that same evening. We were provided with 3 options in the quote. Sort of a good, better, best option. We had a few additional questions which I emailed Joe about and he was very quick and responsive to my questions. After getting one other quote from another company we decided to go with Dual Temp. After only 2 weeks from the initial quote our new system was installed this week. Patrick and David were the technicians that came to install and they were just as amazing to work with. They were polite, knowledgeable and explained the system and new thermostat very well. I am not one to typically write reviews but I do read them while doing my research. I can only suggest that you give them a chance at addressing your needs. Thanks again for the great service. I look forward to the same great service in the future for routine maintenance as needed.

Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.

Patrick is amazing. So is the entire dual temp team. They really take their customer service to the level of extraordinary. I highly recommend dual temp for any and all HVAC needs. So happy they are doing residential now. Just amazing updated June 2025

From the text to inform me that he was on his way, to a follow-up phone call to explain what work was preformed. This was my first time using Dual Temp, And they are now the ONLY HVAC company that I will ever use! Thanks Patrick…. And Dual Temp.

Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

I recently had two HVAC units installed in my home by Dual Temp Home Services, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m not easily pleased, but from start to finish, their team went above and beyond. The installers were professional, efficient, and took great care to keep my house clean. They were also mindful of my pets, which I truly appreciated!

Joe came over to give me an estimate on a new boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained my options and answered all the questions that I had I feel it was a very productive meeting and I walked away feeling comfortable.

I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Needed a new heating/ac system installed. Received a few estimates and had a friend refer me to Dual Temp because she had a great experience. Joe came out promptly and provided us with 4 options. Very knowledgeable in helping with our unique situation. Installation was prompt and quick. The young men who came out were extremely professional and very considerate. Would highly recommend them!

We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests. Dual Temp responds to calls and emails quickly and keeps the customer updated of progress. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options. It was a very lucky day for us when we connected with Bob, our Dual Tech salesperson, who is diligent about keeping in touch to ensure our needs are being met. Dual Temp now has our finicky HVAC equipment up and running, and we are most appreciative!

Patrick is polite and very informed. He shows concern and makes recommendations to address anything that could be problematic or preventative for future issues with our furnace.

We will definitely use Dual Temp again. From Joe doing the estimate to Patrick installing new baseboard heat registers they were friendly, professional and we were very happy with the price. Patrick did a great job, so happy we chose them!

I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. He made sure the work was done neatly and left everything spotless. I again have water outside my house! A great experience! I'll definitely use them again!

David called to ask if he could arrive a little earlier than he was expected. He was coming to do my routine yearly service on my furnace. Once he was there he did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend Dual Temp!
