Great Job!! I was really impressed with the in-depth knowledge that tech had with my system. Clean and thorough!

Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dual Temp. After several issues with our AC over the last several months it was determined that it was time to start looking for a new system. I called on a Friday morning to request a quote. They were able to have someone come out the same day. Joe was great. He was very nice and answered my husband’s questions as well as address a concern we had with air flow to our bedroom due to a smashed piece of ductwork that’s been that way apparently since the house was built. I had an estimate in my email around 5 PM that same evening. We were provided with 3 options in the quote. Sort of a good, better, best option. We had a few additional questions which I emailed Joe about and he was very quick and responsive to my questions. After getting one other quote from another company we decided to go with Dual Temp. After only 2 weeks from the initial quote our new system was installed this week. Patrick and David were the technicians that came to install and they were just as amazing to work with. They were polite, knowledgeable and explained the system and new thermostat very well. I am not one to typically write reviews but I do read them while doing my research. I can only suggest that you give them a chance at addressing your needs. Thanks again for the great service. I look forward to the same great service in the future for routine maintenance as needed.

The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .

Patrick is amazing. So is the entire dual temp team. They really take their customer service to the level of extraordinary. I highly recommend dual temp for any and all HVAC needs. So happy they are doing residential now. Just amazing updated June 2025

Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.

Dual Temp is a dependable and customer focused organization. They quickly respond and the scheduling process is user friendly. Patrick has been to our home on multiple occasions and is thorough, explaining the work he’s doing, what he finds, and recommendations for repairs and/or upgrades.

David D'Agostino was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and heat pump. He explained about the failed part, gave me the option to replace or wait. Great service call. I will have Dual Temp and hopefully, David, for future maintenance.

I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. He made sure the work was done neatly and left everything spotless. I again have water outside my house! A great experience! I'll definitely use them again!

After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. We’re very happy to move forward with Dual Temp and appreciate the professionalism and expertise!

Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!

We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!
