Absolutely incredible experience. First HVAC company to ask me if my airflow is comfortable. They did a thorough review and adjusted the dampers to provide better air flow and comfort. The best Home Heating, A/C and Water Heater Services Team is Dual Temp Home Services in Lansdale, PA Patrick was on time and did a thorough oil heat system and water heater maintenance service as part of my contract. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable.
Although we weren’t able to solve the problem during his visit, Patrick was very helpful in explaining the issue and course of action needed.
Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.

After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. He made sure the work was done neatly and left everything spotless. I again have water outside my house! A great experience! I'll definitely use them again!

Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.
We will definitely use Dual Temp again. From Joe doing the estimate to Patrick installing new baseboard heat registers they were friendly, professional and we were very happy with the price. Patrick did a great job, so happy we chose them!
