Between these two 5star team players , our HVAC issue was resolved in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. We’re definitely going to be repeat customers and highly recommend them.
Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.
Just wanted to give a special thanks to Patrick Boyle of Dual Temp for coming out today and fixing my gas furnace in a speedy and efficient manner, from diagnoses to fixing the issue went very well , he knows what hes doing !

The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .
