I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!

Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.
