I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. we were on vacation when our air conditioner went on the fritz with only our dog sitter at our house. We called Dual Temp and they got a guy out there the next morning to work on it. The technicians name was Patrick, who is definitely accredited, his profession, very professional and friendly, got our system up and running in no time answered all our questions Any potential problems that we have that need to be addressed. We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!

We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options.
