Between these two 5star team players , our HVAC issue was resolved in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. We’re definitely going to be repeat customers and highly recommend them.
We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests. Dual Temp responds to calls and emails quickly and keeps the customer updated of progress. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options. It was a very lucky day for us when we connected with Bob, our Dual Tech salesperson, who is diligent about keeping in touch to ensure our needs are being met. Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.
We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!
Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.
David came out and did a great job and was done within an hour. didn’t try to sneak in any kind of fees or charge for extra time.
Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!
Patrick was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job servicing our heating and air conditioning units.
