Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. We’re very happy to move forward with Dual Temp and appreciate the professionalism and expertise!

We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests. Dual Temp responds to calls and emails quickly and keeps the customer updated of progress. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options. It was a very lucky day for us when we connected with Bob, our Dual Tech salesperson, who is diligent about keeping in touch to ensure our needs are being met. Dual Temp now has our finicky HVAC equipment up and running, and we are most appreciative!

Wow, what a great experience! I had Dual Temp install a Tankless Hot Water Heater in my home. The entire experience and crew was tip top from 1st inquiry call to final install. Dual Temp was professional, experienced, respectful of my home and they worked really hard to make everything PERFECT..
