we were on vacation when our air conditioner went on the fritz with only our dog sitter at our house. We called Dual Temp and they got a guy out there the next morning to work on it. The technicians name was Patrick, who is definitely accredited, his profession, very professional and friendly, got our system up and running in no time answered all our questions Any potential problems that we have that need to be addressed. We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!

I recently had two HVAC units installed in my home by Dual Temp Home Services, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m not easily pleased, but from start to finish, their team went above and beyond. The installers were professional, efficient, and took great care to keep my house clean. They were also mindful of my pets, which I truly appreciated!
Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!

Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.
