Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.
David D'Agostino was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and heat pump. He explained about the failed part, gave me the option to replace or wait. Great service call. I will have Dual Temp and hopefully, David, for future maintenance.

The best Home Heating, A/C and Water Heater Services Team is Dual Temp Home Services in Lansdale, PA Patrick was on time and did a thorough oil heat system and water heater maintenance service as part of my contract. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable.
We have been using Dual Temp for several years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Reactionary maintenance and/or emergency items are hard to manage from a remote site. Dual Temp does a GREAT JOB of taking care of our maintenance needs and they react in a timely manner.
The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .
Needed a new heating/ac system installed. Received a few estimates and had a friend refer me to Dual Temp because she had a great experience. Joe came out promptly and provided us with 4 options. After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. Wow, what a great experience! I had Dual Temp install a Tankless Hot Water Heater in my home. The entire experience and crew was tip top from 1st inquiry call to final install. We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests. Dual Temp responds to calls and emails quickly and keeps the customer updated of progress. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options. It was a very lucky day for us when we connected with Bob, our Dual Tech salesperson, who is diligent about keeping in touch to ensure our needs are being met.
