I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. It was clear he took pride in doing the job right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

we were on vacation when our air conditioner went on the fritz with only our dog sitter at our house. We called Dual Temp and they got a guy out there the next morning to work on it. The technicians name was Patrick, who is definitely accredited, his profession, very professional and friendly, got our system up and running in no time answered all our questions Any potential problems that we have that need to be addressed. Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.
