Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.
Joe came over to give me an estimate on a new boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained my options and answered all the questions that I had I feel it was a very productive meeting and I walked away feeling comfortable.

The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. The best Home Heating, A/C and Water Heater Services Team is Dual Temp Home Services in Lansdale, PA Patrick was on time and did a thorough oil heat system and water heater maintenance service as part of my contract. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable.

The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .
