The world as we see it today is so vastly different than what anyone could have even imagined just a short time ago. We have a former First Lady and an African American leading their party’s contest for the presidency. The amateur sports world is anxiously awaiting the upcoming Summer Olympics to be held in Beijing. Who would have thought?

At Dual Temp our lives feel very different also. The old rules do not apply any more. What used to be craft built on the job sites, stick by stick, with no more forethought than showing up with the materials and looking at the plans; is replaced now with highly coordinated and scheduled, integrated assemblies that have been digitally communicated, verified, and shop fabricated. New procedures need daily to be discovered that challenge the traditional work flow sequences of mechanical construction.

Our folks are certainly willing participants in such change. But more than that, they are the ones defining the need, and the solution directions. They are continually choosing success, where others are failing, by embracing team concepts, and by fearlessly changing the game. They are able to achieve increased product quality, quicker and safer completions, and yet maintain a lower delivered cost. They have earned the right to be on your construction or service team.

Our Company began in 1970 as a provider of merit shop commercial HVAC construction. Through the committed efforts of our employee, vendor, peer, consulting, marketing, and customer partners, we are today a premier force in designing, providing, and servicing HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Building Automation systems. Certainly proud of our present circumstances, we are yet humbled daily as the unique needs of your next project or service requirement unfold before us. We will never cease seeking knowledge and improvement.
