I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. It was clear he took pride in doing the job right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. If you’re looking for a company that’s responsive, professional, and cares about getting the details right, I highly recommend Dual Temp Co Inc.
I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. He made sure the work was done neatly and left everything spotless. I again have water outside my house! A great experience! I'll definitely use them again!
Joe was a number 10 .clearly a good guy! Very pleasant, friendly, answered my guestions and calmed me down! Das is good! Thank-you Thank-you! God wins!
Very pleasant atmosphere. Customer friendly. Has always been a pleasure dealing with any person there, from technicians all the way to the owner himself.
The best Home Heating, A/C and Water Heater Services Team is Dual Temp Home Services in Lansdale, PA Patrick was on time and did a thorough oil heat system and water heater maintenance service as part of my contract. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable.
Terrific experience. Thank you!! Knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Friendly. Immediately got down to work. Punctual arrival. Professional service.
We are pleased to post the exceptional experience we received from DUAL TEMP today. From the initial contact with Kim , who professionally and promptly dispatched a skilled tech named Patrick. Between these two 5star team players , our HVAC issue was resolved in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. We’re definitely going to be repeat customers and highly recommend them.
Great tech, good communication and people skll s along good technical trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
We have been using Dual Temp for several years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Reactionary maintenance and/or emergency items are hard to manage from a remote site. Dual Temp does a GREAT JOB of taking care of our maintenance needs and they react in a timely manner.
David D'Agostino was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and heat pump. He explained about the failed part, gave me the option to replace or wait. Great service call. I will have Dual Temp and hopefully, David, for future maintenance.
We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!
After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. We’re very happy to move forward with Dual Temp and appreciate the professionalism and expertise!
The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .
David came out and did a great job and was done within an hour. didn’t try to sneak in any kind of fees or charge for extra time.
The technicians that came today were professional and explained the problem clearly. We are looking forward to implementing the new system.
Needed a new heating/ac system installed. Received a few estimates and had a friend refer me to Dual Temp because she had a great experience. Joe came out promptly and provided us with 4 options. Very knowledgeable in helping with our unique situation. Installation was prompt and quick. The young men who came out were extremely professional and very considerate. Would highly recommend them!
Patrick Boyle was awesome, straightforward and right to the point. That we didn’t follow through with the plan we knew exactly where we stood with Patrick and Dual Temp . Thank you, Ralph
I recently had two HVAC units installed in my home by Dual Temp Home Services, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m not easily pleased, but from start to finish, their team went above and beyond. The installers were professional, efficient, and took great care to keep my house clean. They were also mindful of my pets, which I truly appreciated!
Joe was professional and personable. He shared all relevant information and added much to our understanding of what was available. A really good interaction.
Excellent trouble shooting and great remedial proposals. Knowledgeable and efficient technician
Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job servicing my heating system. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.
